RETURN POLICY

We consider customer satisfaction as one of our top priorities for the products we offer, that's why we stay with you even after the sale.

If for various reasons, you consider that your choice does not satisfy you 100% or if you have simply changed your mind, HOT AUTO SRL offers you a period of 15 calendar days from the time of purchase to request the replacement of the product or exchange with another product.

Moreover, we maintain the same return period of 15 days both for products delivered through our partners, by courier, or by mail and if the purchase was made directly from our headquarters!
In addition, we accept the return of products purchased by our customers legal entities, under the same conditions as in the case of individuals!

In case of unwanted receipt of an incomplete or non-compliant product, it is necessary to notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Products can be returned by filling out the return form and respecting the return conditions.

The right of return of 15 days does not affect in any way the legal rights of return in 14 days, in the case of distance trade, provided in GEO 34/2014. The law governing the right of return can be found here.

To exercise your right of return, you must complete the return form. The costs of returning the product will be fully borne by the Customer. We want you to be well informed about our return policy and, therefore, please read carefully the steps mentioned below, necessary for the return of a product.

General conditions for returning products sold by HOT AUTO SRL:

1. The product must be in new condition, free from scratches, shards, bumps, defects caused by an external shock, and wear.

2. The product must be returned even without the original but undamaged packaging, together with all the accessories received and others, the warranty certificate, a copy of the invoice, and a copy of the receipt proving payment for the product.

3. Please do not remove the labels and do not apply different sketches or labels on the product other than the original ones.

4. The above must be properly packed in another box to protect them during transport.

5. If the products have been purchased in the form of special packages or which benefit from other gift or promotional products, they may not be returned individually, but in the form of a package or together with the gift product, under the conditions described above.

6. If the purchase was made following a promotional campaign, the value of the products will be returned according to the invoiced value.

7. The products that are made to order at the client's request with specific colors other than black, grey, and beige and for rare car models will not be returned and Ord. 130/2000 will be submitted. Head. 2, Art. 10: “The consumer may not unilaterally terminate the following types of contracts, except in cases where the parties have agreed otherwise: contracts for the supply of products executed according to consumer specifications or of distinctly customized products, as well as those which, by their nature cannot be returned or they can degrade or deteriorate rapidly. "

Products that are made correctly, according to the customer's specifications (sent in the order and subsequently confirmed together with a sales advisor) cannot be returned.

According to GEO 34/2014 art. 16 letter c) - “They are exempted from the right of withdrawal provided in art. 9-15 regarding the distance contracts and contracts outside the following commercial spaces: .. c) the supply of products made according to the specifications presented by the consumer or clearly customized ”

Failure to comply with these conditions may result in the rejection of the return request. The decision will be communicated to the Customer based on an aesthetic and technical finding of the returned product.

Remarks: The value of the products is returned by bank transfer, after which please fill in the bank where you opened the account and the IBAN account at the time of registration of the application. There will be no additional fees for returning the value of the products.
The products purchased and picked up directly from our headquarters are not considered to be purchased at a distance and are not subject to the ordinance of GEO 34/2014.

How do I return a product?

If you want to return a product, you need to follow the steps below:
1. Contact HOT AUTO SRL at: return@hotauto.online or phone: +40737555556
2. Wait for the approval of the request by a customer advisor HOT AUTO SRL.
3. Pack the product even without the original packaging of the manufacturer in another box, as described in the General Return Conditions for products sold by HOT AUTO SRL.
4. Enter the return request number in the outer box.
5. You can personally deliver the product to HOT AUTO SRL headquarters or you can send it by courier to the following address: HOT AUTO SRL, Bulevardul Pipera no. 2, Volunteers 077190, Romania.
6. Shipping fees will be borne in full by the customer.
7. HOT AUTO SRL cannot be held responsible for the damage or loss of the package.

If you choose to return the value of the product, according to the law, the amount will be refunded within 14 days, but we try to send you the money as soon as possible after receiving the product. You can help us make the payment faster if you fill in the bank account, personal numeric code or company identification code at the time of registration of the return request. For orders paid through a bank account, the return of the value of the product is possible only in the same account from which the payment was made.
