Terms of Delivery

TERMS OF DELIVERY

OUR Customers/Buyers have the possibility to select delivery as follows:

• Pick up from the store (self-pickup or delighting to friends, relatives, etc.)
• Delivery via courier 

The delivery of the products sold by HOT AUTO SRL will be done through a proven and well-known courier company with which HOT AUTO SRL collaborates. The courier company will ensure the distribution of the product(s). The ordered items will be delivered "door-to-door" to the Customer/Buyer at the address specified during the completion of the checkout page - the Online Order. 

The delivery methods will be available during checkout, the Customer/Buyer has the possibility to choose the most advantageous option at that moment. The period and price of delivery you can find here.

Please note that in some rear cases for the small towns and villages, an additional supplementary fee per kilometer might be collected by the courier company. The Seller will ensure the proper packing of the product(s) and the transmission of the accompanying documents.

HOT AUTO SRL ensures the delivery of the ordered products by the Customer/Buyer through the way mentioned above within EU and EEU countries.

The cost of returning the ordered product(s) within the terms and conditions will be borne exclusively by the Buyer.
